serverd twice for same thing before court date
Can you be served for the same thing when the court date hasn't came yet ? This is over contempt of court over child visitation. He doesn't want to see our children,he hasn't paid child support for over a month and he has had me served 4 times for various things. It is going to cost me my job. I can not afford an attorney for these court dates. It is affecting everything I do.

There may have been an amended petition or perhaps the first service was defective for some reason. The best advice I can give you is the general advice that even if the other side is violating the court order by not providing child support, you need to be following the orders of the court.
