help my sister

my name is--name removed--my sister lives in tenn and she has been saying my moms boyfriend has been mulesting her and my mom dont believe her. she scared to say anything in front of her. what can i do. i live in louisiana i believe her cause at one time he tried to mess with me and i know he messed with my other sister i moved out when i was 16 to get away from it now my sisters are going through it i told the welfare in miss when she lived there so they ran to tenn. help please

You must report it to the Tennessee child protection. And tell them the WHOLE story, about yourself, your other sister and about reporting it in Mississippi.
