spouse gave me hpv

my spouse gave me hpv and is now divorcing me. do i have any recourse to make him pay for my health and are there anything else that i can do. he has cheated on me many times and never tells anyone he has this std and there is no cure. i dont know what to do because i cant be with anyone else because i dont want to spread what he has given me, so i am doomed to be alone. he was our main bread winner and now i cant pay the bills. he was accused of sex with my youngest daughter but was proven it didnt happen, i just dont know where to begin, my life has been in constant hell and i have been having female trouble and trying to get medical help, dont know if it is caused from hpv complications

YES, get all that you can from him. You definitely need to fight for it. Don't let him get away with not properly compensating you.
