my e-wife has custody. i have just visitation, but, i found out my x-wife attempted a sucide and was amitted to a hosiptal. can i get custody of my 7 old daughter. who knows there are bad cercumstances at home. thanks,

You should collect evidence of the suicide and hospital admittance and file a motion for custody (considered "primary residential parent).
