The law presently permits couples to come to an agreement on everything excepting questions about child support (if there are any children) and if prepared in the proper form to satisfy the Court, the parties can then obtain a divorce. Keep in mind that there are certain procedural steps that have to be followed, but as to the substance of your agreement, the Court will accept that without much question.
