how can i sue my children father for useing me and taking my kidney
i was married married for 23 years. i got tired of a womam he had been seen for 10 years of our marriage. in 2001 he got kidney failory and i let him come back and took care of him. yhen in 2003 i gave him my kidney. one month later he was seeing a womam. i left him again gave him my house because he had no where to go. i moved out one month later i went back there and all of my clothes are trashed i cant fine half of my things. then as i was looking in my dresser another woman clothes is in my dresser. we went to eat to celebrate the one year transplant. a womam name mary butler called him i could hear her. now theres another womam name annette answering my phone. i asked him what it he doing. he said i used you for a kidney because you matched me.i am so embrassed about this way what can i do. to get these people in court. thank you--

Contact your local child support office first and get child support ordered against him, then seek legal counsel regarding a divorce.
