Tennesse CS and Alimony estimate
Trying to make this as succinct as possible...
Married 13 years. I am a stay at home mother to two elementary school aged children. I have not worked for 10 of the 13 years.
Gross annual $140K. Would like to go route of ID. What is fair and can be expected in terms of CS and alimony?
Also...husband has Assoc. Degree ..I have no college degree.

Child support should simply be based on the guidelines and the calculation resulting from the child support worksheet, which you can find on the internet at http://www.alllaw.com/calculators/childsupport/tennessee/
You also should press for rehabilitative alimony to assist you in getting the education needed to pursue a good career of your own or to assist you during the period when you are establishing the employment history to earn a decent income. Anything less than that and you need to head to court and let a judge decide.
