Under Tennessee law you need to notify the father of your intention to move at least 30 days prior to the move, give your address and tell why you are moving, and then try to work out the needed changes in the visitation schedule. If those changes can't be made by agreement then the parent without primary parenting responsibility needs to go back to court to get the changes. Hire a lawyer and discuss the merits of getting an order of protection immediately. In fact, discuss all possible measures for protection. The safety of you and your children is the primary concern. The lawyer can later explain the steps you need to take to move from the jurisdiction. But first, protect yourself in whatever way you can.
Best of luck.
