termination of parental rights

i have a daughter in memphis who i have never met. her stepfather, who's name is on the birth certificate,has custody of her. her mother pays child support. i live in florida and am about to have a child. can i terminate my parental rights in lue of child support? she does not know me at all.

I am not sure I understand your question and it would probably be best if you rephrase. If someone else is listed as the father on the girl's birth certificate, then why would anyone need to take steps to terminate your parental rights. My suggestion is to contact a family law attorney, perhaps an adoption attorney and ask him or her your specific question.
