Can a romantic card be used to prove adultry, when a person has been physically seperated for over a year?

Few Tennessee judges handling divorces require absolute proof of adultry before they are willing to conclude that it happened and award a divorce based on it. And even if the court refused to find the card established adultry, it would likely decide that hte card constituted "inappropriate marital conduct" and award the divorce based on that.
