I have a house and I just found out that some one that lives with me has 12 felony convictions he has just been picked up on a felony warrant in Ky I dont want this person back in my house around my children I did not know his past when he moved in The Children are not his

You didn't actually ask a question but I'm assuming you're wondering if you have legal grounds to keep him out of your house. Is his name on the deed or lease? If not then get the locks changed and pack up his things. If you have the only legal claim to the house you have every right to decide who does and who does not live there. Make his things available to him in a reasonable manner but that's all you have to do.
