Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Visitation

My ex husband and I have an agreed divorce in wich he gets our dauther the first 3rd and 4th weekend and for 2 weeks in the summer. The problem is her birthday is in the summer and he is wanting to take her for his 2 weeks starting 3 days before her birthday which is the first weekend (and through my weekend in the month) throuth the 3rd weekend. He gets her 3 weekends out of the month and I dont belive it is right for him to take her for my only weekend
