Ex wife gave her new baby my last name

My ex wife gave her kid whose daddy is not around my last name now she is pregnanat again and not married so the baby will probably have my last name again so is there anything I can do about this (the new baby and the other kid too.)

Unfortunately, she can name the child(ren) what she wants. Fortunately, the child(ren) having your name doesn't mean anything more than that. The name is simply a name. However if you hold yourself out as the child(ren) father even though you are not the dad, it could cause some present and future problems.
