Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I went to pittsburgh, from clarksville TN. When I got home, my wife has taken the kids to kerville, tx. She says she is sick of marred life. Do I have to provide her with any money, since we are not yet divorced? We have two kids, and she wont let me see them anymore. Her vehicle is facing repossesion, and I wont pay for it because she wont tell me if she is ever coming home.

Without a court order you have no legal obligation to pay any support in the form of alimony or child support. However, you still have a moral obligation to provide for your children.
