Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Myself and my wife are separated. We have two children. She is dating a man who is at her home frequently. Is there anything legally I can do if he spanks my children, because I do not want him to.

You can address this question as part of your divorce process. Clearly, the relationship of someone like him with your children is a factor that can be addressed by the court as part of the parenting plan. Beyond that, your options are limited.
