ex wife trespassing
My soon to be ex-wife left our home and marriage almost a year ago. we are not officially divorced yet but it is in the works. I suspect that she has been coming into my home when I am not there. she has no keys also. Is she entitlede to come in my home without permission?

No. But law enforcement is unlikely to do anything so long as you are still married unless you get a restraining order from the divorce court, ordering her not to come by your home. If you get that and she returns, you likely could have her charged with trespassing.
