Breach of contract
We had a verbal contract with a music studio to produce an album. The album has been finished and paid for since August 28, 2006. We have been unable to get them to send us the finished product and 8 vocal free tracks, which were agreed upon. What can we do?

Verbal contracts are enforceable, especially in this case if you have a cancelled check to show proof of payment. If you paid by cash, you are probably going to have a difficult time receiving your demos.

How much did they charge you for the work performed? you may can file in small claims.
