car repoed

exwife was rewarded car in divorce , and was oredred to put in just her name . it was repoed before that happened and my name was still on it. it has now been about 7 years later and the bank in which it was financed through did a bank levy on my checking account. me and my current wife refinanced our house and paid the aprox $13,000.00 that was owed . how can we get our money back from her , because she is no happy that it is off her credit and is now able to by a house and we are still paying it.

It is necessary to take your ex back to the divorce court and have the order enforced and for the judge there to deal with your ex's failure to abide by the original order. Please let us know if we can help.
