clerk filing

Once I file a denial against a civil suit can I take back the first one and refile?

If you have filed a sworn denial, that has become part of the court record... You cannot just take it back. You could potentially (in General Sessions) by notice or affidavit submit a supplement to your denial or an amendment (check your local rules)
