contract
we signed a contract to have some home repairs done at our home. we signed a contract says 25 per cent nonrefunable deposit we decided not to hire them after thinking it over for 24 hours when the contractors came to our house we told them they were not doing as they said and we want a refund the contractor said read your contract nonrefundale. i thought you have 72 hours to cancel any contract. also we cant find an address for them please help.

Your rights depend, in part, on the nature of the solicitation. If they came into your home to solicit the sale, then you have 72 hours in which to reject the contract. Otherwise, you may be stuck with the contract price.
