Grave Plot

My grandparents brough 4 plots.After their death the plots (of which there were two left) went to their 3 remaining daughter. My one aunt was bured

in one plot. My mother has only a cpuple of months left, she wants to be burred next to her father but my aunt wont the plot to go to a one of the grandchilden. As the only living child (after my mothers death) can she stop us from burring my mother there?

It appears as though your aunt and your

mother are the co-owners of the remaining

burial plot. You should contact the cemetery

and determine the current price of the plot,

then offer to buy out your aunt's interest

in the plot. If your aunt refuses the offer,

you may need to consider a lawsuit in court

now before your mother dies, depending upon

how important the plot is.
