overdue bill

i have a customer who has overdue bill(s) and has not paid them. have sent a letter stating that we will proceed with legal action after 30 days if not paid. what happens next?

You can pursue a couple of different angles on this. First, this matter can be turned over to an attorney to pursue on your behalf. Second, this matter can be turned over to a collection agent. Depending on the attorney who is handling this for you, different processes may be followed.
