Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

personal property damage

my daughter's car was keyed. We know who did it as there was an eye witness and we have received the police report. The person responsible is over 21. What is our next course of action to get the person to pay for repairs?

If the party will not voluntarily pay, then you will have to take them to court either with a lawyer or, if you are comfortable representing yourself, as a pro se litigant.
