Re: sexual harassment

It depends on what sort of claim you are discussing. Generally, if you are talking about a claim of workplace harassment, you will first need to utilize the company's internal complaint process. Any Charge of Discrimination with EEOC based on employment in Tennessee must be filed within 300 days of the date the action accrues. Under state law, you have the alternative of filing a complaint in court within 1 year of the date the action accrues.

All of this is can be pretty complicated. If you have questions about it, you should contact an attorney and schedule a consultation to discuss how to proceed with your complaint.
