Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

I won a lawsuit against a man who did not pay back a loan. He has not repaid but a few dollars. What can I do to get my money. Last time I tried to have his wages garnished they told me he did not make enough. Now I'm not even sure where he works.
