While wrapping my injured finger the male nurse said that "it looks like a big blue penis"..i felt uneasy and wondering if i have a case,..

I don't see how you would. Making you feel uneasy is not ground for a lawsuit. The nurse's statement was inappropriate, but that's not enough to support a lawsuit.
