Charge-Attemp to obtain controled sub by fraud
Can fingerprints be obtained from a a prescription? And, is this a likely technique used by a small town police department? Can I ask for to see ''prints'' with all pending evidence?

Yes. The oils in your fingers leave prints on paper. Barney Fife could lift fingerprints; it isn't rocket science.
You can ask to see everything, but they are unlikely to show you. This is not something you should play around with. You need competent counsel who can help you on this charge.
