Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

adjustment os status

I on F1 visa, but did accept off campus employment, i travelled last dec out of the country and back wit no problems, my visa was restamped oversea, Now i have been notified y kcc as a dv winner, is is a wise idea to file for adjustment of status or to do Consular processing for the DV ?

If you are here on an F1 I will process all the paperwork here. If there is a need for consular processing USCIS will notify us on submission of the forms. I have not read the regs before responding to your question. I can do so when I get to the office later if you want me to.
