Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

I am a US Army soldier with a 15 year old child born out of wedlock. The mother brought the child across the border illeagally when she was a newborn and has since been deported back to Honduras. I have had a (for my information) DNA to find out if she was my biological child and she is. I am trying find out what steps to take to get her US citizenship. I filed N600 form, but it was sent back requesting green card which she does not have..HELP

I don't have quite enough information from your question. You may be able to apply for a passport for her, but you will want to consult an immigration attorney to confirm that will work for her.
