I am college student, and just got married, how to change my status?

I am on a F1 visa, and I finished my college classes this past May. I won't be actually graduating from college until April of this coming year, but I just got married and my wife is an America citzen, and I would like to know what should we do to correct my immigration status.

you need to file what is referred to as an "Adjustment of Status." There are a number of documents to collect and file to the immigration service. Call my office and we can arrange a consultation by phone.
