Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

My friend was married to an Arabic gentlemen, but has found proof that he had another family at the same time he was still married to her. If he was married to both women at the same time, is his citizenship legal? He married my friend and claimed citizenship on their marriage, the other woman is arabic too. Can he get deported?

The basis of the marriage to the 2nd spouse would be null and void as he was already married and did not divorce the 1st spouse, at the time of his 2nd marriage.

If that is the case, then there was no basis to receive immigration benefits, as based on fraud.
