J-1 married to US citizen

Hi. I'm on a J-1 visa and getting married in May 07. Can I apply for a EAD and travel document?

We presume that you are saying that you will be marrying a USC and filing for Adjustment of Status. If so, you will need to be sure that Section 212(e) of the INA (the two year foreign residency requirement) does not apply to your case. If it does, then you may not be able to apply to Adjust your status without a Waiver or by fulfilling the 2 year foreign residency requirement.
