TN visa to Green Card through Marriage

Hello,

I'm getting married in 2 weeks to a US citizen. I'm currently working in the US on a TN visa (I'm Canadian).

I want to know what forms exactly do I need to file for the green card process, and if my TN visa becomes invalid as soon as I apply for permenant residency.
