Legal Question in Insurance Law in Tennessee

Hi, My name is Ashlet C. I live in Tennessee and I have Blue Care insurance.
Well this question is abou my rights for a breast reduction.
I have large breast(size DDD) and Im a very short person. My back shoulders are always hurting and my breast are too. I wrote an appeal and I still can't get the breast surgery. I can;t stand for 5 minutes or my back will start hurting. I cant lay on my stomach or my back will start hurting and also I can't sit for a very long time.
Basically i can't work until I get the breast surgery. I've bought new bras, got ointment for my skin for my breast and did the ice and heat packs. So I was wondering if I need to sue Bluecare, because cant work because I have serious back pain and chest pain from my breast?

Do you have a physician that says your procedure is medically necessary? If not, you will need this before BC will pay any attention to your appeal.
