daughter deceased/ins. policy

daughter had $500,000 ins. policy and x-husband got full control of for daughters even though she has a 9month old son when she died that i am raising without any benifit from policy. is their anything i can do so he will get benifit of ins. policy that she would of wanted to happen.

An insurace policy is a contract. If your daughter named her ex husband as the beneficiary of the policy and never changed the beneficiary, then the ex husband acquires the proceeds.
