Legal Question in Insurance Law in Tennessee
No fault accident
I was at Church Sunday and when it was over we were standing out front talking and my car was parked on the street and as someone was leaving they backed into my car, and to make it worse he has no insurance, i did not want to get my insurance involved so he said to get some estimates for the car repair my question is ,is there legally i can do to make sure he pays it without getting my insurance involved. He has admitted fault because there was no one near my car. If you could let me know. THANKS

Re: No fault accident
If you have property damage insurance and the other driver has no insurance, have your insurance pay for the damage. That is what insurance is for.
