Legal Question in Insurance Law in Tennessee

uninsurable

my straps on a load of pipe broke,can the companies

insurance refuse to cover me anymore since this was

my first accident? there were no injuries,no state

damages,and the only thing damaged was the load.

Your question raises some more questions. What type of insurance are you talking about? If you mean worker's compensation, they have to cover you if it is a covered claim. If you mean the company's health insurance then it depends upon what the policy says and why they say they are denying you coverage. If this is a work related injury, then I have a concern that you should be making a claim under the company's worker's comp. policy if 1. You are their employee; and, 2. This was a work related injury.

If the company was a third party, then you have a tort claim against them and the insurance company has a little more room to jerk you around.
