Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Tennessee

I grew up in a rural community. Recently someone has decided to write a book and print some newspaper articles from 30 yrs ago about my family. She has pictures in the book of myself and all of my family. the photos were NOT part of the newspaper article. I think she may have gotten those from a friend of the family.

The other possible invasion of privacy issue concerns the photos. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
