Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Tennessee
Need method to provide advice and process to a seller of large parcels of land. Not as RE broker but in how to structure transaction that increases the net proceeds to seller. Looking for minimum fee plus additional fee based upon success. Seller has several parcels want to be covered anytime the intellectual property is used.
