Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Tennessee

Starting An Organization

I'd like to start an organization that

helps and recognizes artists who use

garbage in their art. I'd like this

organization to be legal. How do I do

this? It would be non-profit.

From your question I gather that you are asking about incorporating, forming an LLC or the like....there is no requirement that you do this...although there are advantages of going through the formal process...the first place to go is the Secretary of State's website for your State (which I presume is TN for you).
