Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Tennessee

What is the Legal Age?

I am 16 years old and I am 9 months pregnant. I will be turning 17 in less than a month. I was needing to know how old you must be before you move out of your parents care and are considered to be of Legal Age & what could happen if you leave before you are of Legal Age.
