Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Tennessee

i'm pregnant and 17 can i be emancipated?

I'm 17 and pregnant. Can i be emancipated without parental consent so i can go and live with my boyfriend and marry him and prepare to start our family??? Oh and can i marry him if i'm emancipated?

Yes you can but you have to go to court to do it.
