30 minute breaks

if you are a superviser and your made to take a 30 minute break and your the only one there to take care of a problem so you have to work on your unpaid break is that right

If you are legitimately a supervisor, then the answer is that what you describe is legal. Additionally, the law in Tennessee which relates to breaks during work only applies in situations where a break is feasible given the working conditions.
