I have diabetes can my supervisor dicuss my health and ask questions to other supervisors or employees about whether my low blood sugar was low and affected my attitude/ without my permission

There may be an issue with the supervisor discussing specific health conditions, but there is absolutely no issue with an employer discussing your work performance.
