hourly tipped emplyee labor laws

I have a question regarding employee labor laws in Tennessee. The employee is a restaurant waitress. I'm looking for some clarification on several issues regarding overtime, mealbreaks, time in between shifts and minimum wage for such an employee. Also is there a website that I could print these laws up? Thank You

Probably the best single source for overtime laws, including FLSA fact sheets related to specific positions, is the Department of Labor. The website is www.dol.gov.
