job termination
I am a nurse and filed a malpractice suit againest a doctor who is the medical director where I work.
I was terminated from my job shortly after the doctor was served without pryor counciling.
Do I have any recourse?

You very well may have a claim under Tennessee State Law for whistleblower retaliation. Each case is different and you should have your case reviewed by an attorney, but based on what you have said in your email, you might have a good claim.
