Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

I have been at my job for 4 years. I only have 1 disiplinary action against me in that time frame. Recently I have been diciplined on 2 occassions and feel like they are not valid. How do I go about taking legal action against my company and what services do I have at my disposal to help?

You would need to consult with an attorney to determine if there is anything illegal in the employment action taken against you. You can also consult with the EEOC, but their focus is much more limited than what an outside attorney would look at.
