Is it too late to sue company for firing someone for violating a new policy, yet 3 years later, a Supervisor was given 4 days off without pay -- not diciplinary days, just leave without pay which is offered daily as the work load permits...

In Tennessee, most statutes of limitations are 1 year or less for employment disputes. The only exception to this general rule is that in some race discrimination cases, the statute of limitations may be extended to four (4) years.
