Is there a law or a reasonable accommodation ruling regarding scheduling employees to work Sunday's.

There are at least a couple of different laws that create the employer's duty of reasonable accomodation. The first is the Americans with Disabilities Act, which requires a disability to trigger the duty. The second is Title VII's ban on religious discrimination and the duty to reasonably accomodate an employee's religious observances.
