Loss of Employment

I was terminated from my job on 31 Aug due to ''budget cutbacks'' while I was on paid medical leave and not due to return to work until 11 Sept. I will be paid until 30 Sept. Is this legal? Thank you for your answer.

If you qualify for Family Medical Leave firing you like that could be illegal. You should see an attorney immediately.
